What is MUD?

MUD is a chilled mousse dessert. Creamy and rich, it satisfies your sweet tooth and delivers precious nutrients to fuel your body.

Where Do I Store MUD?

We recommend you store MUD in the refrigerator for the most smooth and creamy consistency. You can also place MUD in the freezer to enjoy like ice cream.

What is the shelf life of MUD?

MUD is good for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 9 months in the freezer. If frozen, simply let soften before digging in.

How is MUD Packaged?

MUD is packed in 4 ounce re-sealable cups. 6 cups come in one six pack.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity?

There is a 2 x 6 pack minimum.

Is there a shipping fee?

There is a $15 flat fee for shipping. You can order as much as you’d like and pay the same shipping price.

Ingredients & Allergens

Is MUD Dairy-Free?

Yes. MUD is made with a base of coconut milk and contains no dairy.

What Allergens does MUD Contain?

MUD contains cashews and coconut. MUD may contain other nuts and shell fragments.

How Do You Sweeten MUD?

We use whole, raw dates as our only sweetener. There is no added sugars, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial sweeteners.

Is MUD Gluten-Free?

Yes. MUD is made without any gluten-containing ingredients.

I’m Allergic to Peanuts; Can I Eat MUD?

Although we do not use any peanuts in making MUD, our cashews are processed in a facility that processes all nuts (including peanuts). If you’re allergic to peanuts or any other nuts, we recommend that you don’t eat MUD; Better safe than sorry.
